But according to some netizens that commented on this video, there are many wealthy and first world country although they are rich they are not excellent in speaking English and they prioritized their national language particularly Japan. Here is the comment of one YouTube User

"bakit ang mga japanese ang mga french? Mayayaman na bansa sila pero hindi sila magaling mag English. Dito lng naman sa pinas ang isyu ng mga English. It's so annoying if someone is trying to hard to speak in English. Like what I'd experienced in the hospital. The mother told her child to speak in English because she didn't understand her child what she is trying to say to her. And her English is an "English Carabao". It is so like "ugggggh" . For me, it looks like the mother wants to impress everyone that they are a high-end family(just my observation only)Ok let's give it to her that, she wants her child to learn. But if someone is trying to speak fluently and saying that you didn't understand your 1st language that sooooo(I don't know what is it called). And I admit my English wasn't fluent enough I have no right to judge her. But she is so annoying. I just commented in English, coz maybe if some people get thru here who doesn't understand tagalog. So I commented "taglish". What Am I fighting for? I just want to comment that "English is just a language not a measure of intelligence. Thank you, LOL. Let's love each other :)"

What can you say about the reactions of other people and their basis in measuring intelligence? Are you the same with the other people that their basis of intelligence is by excellent English speaking? Kindly share your thoughts and comments regarding this basis of intelligence.
