The rumored boyfriend of Julia Montes, "FPJ's Ang Probinsyano" lead actor Coco Martin has constructed a dream house in Quezon City. It took a couple of years to finished his dream house and absolutely it values a lot for him. On the other hand, his rumored sweetheart Julia Montes bought a three big house with a three bedroom having a walk-in closet and gym last 2015. The house that Julia Montes bought was within the same exclusive subdivision.
It was her dream and aimed in her life when she started her career at the age of six to purchased a house. And she begins to invest from her hard earned money a house in Antipolo Rizal with an area of 200 square meters. Although she had a house in Metro Manila the young actress doesn't want to give up her first house.
She reasons out why she doesn't like to give up her first house
"Gusto kong ipa-rent, ayaw kong ibenta kasi first investment ko."
The young actress added that she wants her house in Antipolo because it was a homey, cozy and minimalist that only shows the simplicity of Julia Montes.The young star shared the details of her room
"Dream ko lang magkaroon ng red wall," "Naa-attract ako sa red, kasi usong-uso sa akin 'yong nagbabasa ako ng mga book, and then nabasa ko 'yong meaning." "Iyong red, parang nagsi-symbolize ng parang strong ka."
One of her room was transformed into a large walk-in closet. One of her favorite area of her house is the veranda where she can relax because it was an open air and she saw the sky

Her grandmother shared that they are not the one who selected the furniture because they purchased it together with the furniture inside the house and it was fully furnished.
