The father of Kapamilya star comedian Vice Ganda was shot and died in front of him when he was in the teenage years. His experience regarding the tragic incident that happened to his father did not hinder him from fighting strongly against the restoration of the capital punishments de*th penalty. Based on the Inquirer, the suspect behind the kil*ings is still free. Nevertheless, he still acknowledges that the de*th penalty as the uncompassionate act that no one deserves to receive it. Being a person that witness with his own eyes the tragic incident happened to his father being on the de*th row cannot provide justice to him.

Vice Ganda told to the media interview

"Kunwari ako, pinatay ang tatay ko, hindi makakapagbigay ng katarungan sa akin, bilang naulila, ang patayin din iyong pumatay sa tatay ko," 

The unkabogable star considers that there is a great urgency to amend the current justice system first before restoring the capital punishment de*th penalty. He also certain that not all convicts are truly convictable of their crimes. It will be very unfair for them to be punished with de*th if they truly did not accomplish the crime implicated upon them.

The unkabogable star added

"Naniniwala ako na hindi lahat ng nakakulong ay may kasalanan kaya hindi rin makatarungan kung ang mga mapapatawan ng ganoong parusa ay iyong mga wala namang kasalanan," 

In addition to this, he also provides high regards to the children who might be taken away from their parents because of the capital punishment.

He added that no kid deserves to suffer the sorrow that he felt when his father's life was taken away at the young age.Vice Ganda considers that

He said he would direct the precinct commanders in towns and cities all over the country to give the Catholic priests a list of all persons “playing drugs” and “destroying lives of innocents.”

“There’s a whale of a difference between killing an innocent person and killing a criminal. They ought not to be mixed up,” 

He emphasized. “I do not need martial law,” he continued.

“I do not need to declare a suspension of the writ of habeas corpus. You destroy my country, you destroy the youth, I do not give a shit kung tanan pari magluhod, maghangad langit, mag ampo (if all the priest kneels down and pray and beg). I have a country to preserve and that is the Filipino nation. It has nothing to do with religion.”

The President also imply the contents of the report of the New York-based Human Rights Watch (HRW). According to the 124-page report, more than 7,000 people have been ruined – mostly by unidentified gunmen and some during police operations since Duterte started the office in July 2016. But the President identifies that the government had also lost its share of law enforcers. Among them, he stated, were the 32 soldiers and 29 police officers who went after the drug laboratories, including in Mindanao. Noynoy Aquino, Mar Roxas, Leila De Lima and other Six Officials Charged with Graft and Plunder Case

The former President Benigno Aquino III, Former DILG Secretary Mar Roxas II and Former DOJ Secretary Leila De lima now a senator and six other officials were complained about the graft and plunder cases by allegedly for the shipment of 3,500 metric tons of gold worth $ 141 Million of gold bars in Thailand.The other officials that were included in the graft and plunder case were BSP Governor Amando Tetangco Jr., Former Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima, Treasury Department Chief dealer Lorelei Fernandez and Sen. Franklin Drilon.

The complaint was based on the alleged BSP circular with 3,500 metric tons of gold bars were shipped and deposited in the bank of Thailand.The complainant Rogelio Cantoria and his lawyer Fernando Perito wants to return the gold bars to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.The gold bars was weighing 12.5 kilos and have a purity of 99.999 percent.

The 3500 metric tons of gold bars that were shipped to Thailand together with the circular of Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas Circular no.0049. It was posted on Facebook account of Rolando Polosan garnered many negative comments from the netizens.
