The Agriculture Undersecretary Ranibai Dilangalen was immediately indicating that the fast process was all part of President Duterte's commitment to have peace with the Moro Rebel Forces who granted the expansion of the autonomous region. The government also expressed that what is different about this negotiation is that will be beneficial for the whole communities and not only to one person. Dilangalen said
"We are looking at changes and these are not just giving and receiving. This is about making a social change not only with the decommissioned combatants but also their communities."
