Noven Belleza The "Tawag Ng Tanghalan" Grand Champion Had Been Hospital Arrest By The Police, For Supposedly R*ping In Cebu

The 'Tawag Ng Tanghalan Grand Champion' Noven Belleza was in hospital Arrest for an alleged r*ape case. Based on the phone conversation made by the Pep.ph, the Chief of Police of Mabolo in Cebu City Police Chief Inspector Jacinto Mandal Jr. has confirmed the news. Based on Mandal

"Actually, I cannot expound about this case because this is considered as a private crime.I cannot divulge you the name of the victim." Kilala mo na naman ang suspect, pero I cannot give you the specifics." 

According to the reports, the Tawag ng Tanghalan Grand Champion was in hospital arrest for the alleged r*pe accusation while the singer champ was at the hospital because of chest pains. Presently the Tawag ng Tanghalan Grand Champion is now under hospital arrest. The Mabolo Police Chief during the phone conversation with the Pep.ph, he was with the victim and her parents and they are determined to file formal charges against the singer champion. The news report was published in the Daily Newspaper in Cebu "The Freeman".

Based on the report of the Local Daily Newspaper in Cebu 'The Freeman' the singer was seized in the early morning of July 16 at the IEC Pavilion, Barangay Mabolo, after guesting in the concert of the Unkabogable star and lead host of the Kapamilya noontime Show 'It's Showtime'. The concert of Vice Ganda " Pusuan Mo Si Vice Ganda Sa Cebu" concert spotted as the guest of the event.

The Local Daily Newspaper "The Freeman" decide not to reveal the identity because the court complaint that so far the charges has not been filed against the champion singer. The local daily newspaper in Cebu nevertheless reveals the victim was a 19 years old local entertainer in the province. Additional to that report, the s*xual assault happened @ A.M. in the morning of July 15 at a condominium in Barangay Lahug, Cebu City. The allegation of the victim was that the champion singer hit her when she prevents him from assaulting her.

The victim will confess the details in court. She was shocked and disappointed because they were supposedly friends. The victim stated that in her dialect

"Wala ko nag-expect nga iyaha nang buhaton nako kay buotan man gud kay na siya, pero dili sad ko mosugot nga sayon-sayonon rako niya," (Hindi ko inakala na gawin niya yun sa akin dahil mabait siya, pero hindi rin ako papayag na tarantaduhin niya ako.)

The parents of the victim told that they will not welcome settlement from the champion singer. Based on the father's statement in their local dialect

"Dili mi gusto nga duna pa siya’y laing mabiktima maong tinud-on gyud namo siya og kiha para makakuha mi og hustisya sa nahitabo sa among anak." (Hindi kami papayag na magkaroon pa siya ng ibang biktima kaya itutuloy namin ang aming reklamo sa korte para makakuha kami ng hustisya sa ginawa niya sa aming anak.)
