Dead girl molested by neighbor in Mati City

It happens in Brgy. Taguibo Mati City, Davao Oriental last Nov. 14, 2016 that alias Mang Boy buried his 22 years old daughter in the cemetery. The daughter of Alias Mang Boy died last nov. 5, 2016 because of leukemia. The family was saddened by the death of their daughter, and they heard a rumor that the tomb of the newly buried daughter was open by someone and molested the dead body that makes them angry.

He was informed by someone, that a person named Alias Bibo open the tomb of his daughter and molested it. He has a doubt about Alias Bibo because he ask a soap to Alias Mang Boy to take a bath because he smells like formalin which was use for a dead person to preserve. Alias Bibo told the father of the dead girl that she was still a virgin. The family immediately go to the cemetery to check the tomb of his daughter and saw that it was open and the casket was open and the clothes was scattered outside the tomb.

Alias Mang Boy believes that his daughter was molested by alias Bibo. But according to Brgy. Chairman Rico Mabawad the Alias Bibo has a mental Illness and they arested Alias Bibo. The brother of the suspect defend him that he cannot do the molesting of the dead girl. The Police release the suspect after 12 hours since they did not file case against the suspect.
