8. Burger is one of the foods that are unhealthy. It is high in cholesterol and fats and leads to weight gain and also increase the blood pressure.It is better to eat sandwiches prepared by with cheese spread rather than burgers that are high in fats and cholesterol.

9. Packaged Fruit Juices are the same with fresh fruit juices.The fruit juices are boiled and filtered before packaging and added with artificial sweeteners and colors which are bad for our health. 10. Multi-grain Bread is not so healthy. It does not contain whole grains and is bad for those who have increasing sugar levels. It is better to eat whole grain bread instead of multi-grain bread.
