The Aspen police officer Andy Atkinson responded and saw the incident which two men are fighting and it was told by Sgt. Magnuson to the Aspen Times.Police Officer Atkinson report that he saw the two men fighting each other, Connor grabbed the man's shirt pulled down and hit the back of the man's head, many times. The Police officer is trying to stop the fight but Connor continuing his attack with the man.
The report was written by Atkinson that"Kennedy and I fell back on to the snow bank on the south side of (Hyman Avenue) where Kennedy attempted to pull away from me and stand up, I held on to Kennedy's arms and rolled him over with assistance from a bystander onto his stomach.One unknown bystander helps the police Officer Atkinson to handcuff Conor. Conor asked sorry and apologized to Police Officer Atkinson when he was arrested.
Many witnesses saw the incident that two men were attacking Connor Kennedy because of rebuking them because they threaten his friend. He was charged with disorderly conduct with a penalty of $2,650 and with 12 months impris*nment. The Daily News told that Connor kennedy was released without bail and his court hearing was scheduled on Feb. 22,2017.
