Duterte strucked by love at first sight to a Lady Governor

Pres. Rodrigo Duterte once again makes the Filipino people to chill by admitting that he was love at first sight to the one lady governor that support him last May 2016 election . The lady governor was located in Mindanao. In her speech last Monday in Malacanang Palace, he told in his speech that only two governors who gave support to his last election.

The one is the lady governor from the northern Luzon and he named it to be Ilocos Norte Gov. Imee Marcos and the other one is from Mindanao but he did not mention her name.The support of Gov. Imee Marcos to him was because he was his friend and the other lady governor was because of their romance.

Pres. Duterte told in his speech with smile that "Iyung isa nasa Mindanao, because of love. Love talaga ‘yun. I tell you baka sabihin niya ano, it reaches her ears, love talaga, love at first sight," The second lady was love at first sight and she was naughty because she was blown on his stomach. Duterte added "Just because she wants me all the time to be with her. Love.”

According to the ABS-CBN News it was mentioned before by the president in his previous speech in Malaysia. It was specified by ABS-CBN Network that the lady governor was Agusan del Norte Governor Angelica Amante-Matba which he says once that he like to be his First lady if he will win the presidency.
