HULICAM! Street children throwing rocks to the Passenger

Many incidents were reported that the street children in Metro Manila were throwing rocks, stones to the vehicle passing through the underpass along Edsa. Again another incident happened involving street children throwing rocks to the passenger inside the passenger jeepney because of refusing to give money.It is very alarming to the public that this street child is free to roam the busy streets and begging money inside the passenger jeepney.The incident happened in the streets of Makati last Dec. 18, 2016, at 4:30 Pm.It was caught by the dash cam of concern motorist along the Makati City streets.

In the busy street of J.P. Rizal Extension the incident happened when the kid rides on the back of the passenger jeep and start begging money from the passenger inside the passenger jeep The passenger jeep with plate number PYN 761, was the one caught by the camera, that the street children ride in the back with a stone in his hand, and from the video shows that the boy hit the passenger because of not giving money to the children.

The incident was uploaded by Philippines CCTV & Dash CAM Spotted giving warning to the people to be careful and aware of the street children throwing rocks to the passenger. And inform the proper authorities to look into this incident so that it will not happen again.
