14-year-old Girl Allegedly Rape by Mayor of Balayan Batangas

It was a very sad moment for the mother of a 14 years old girl allegedly raped by mayor Emmanuel Fronda Jr. of Balayan Batangas. From the interview of Abs_CBN Reporter Dennis Datu according to Ligaya the Mother of the rape victim " Na displace ang buong pamilya ko, mga anak ko halos lahat napatigil, sobra sobra talagang perwisyo ginawa ng Mayor na yan sa amin" According to the investigation of NBI Anti-Organized Crime and Transnational Division The 14 years old girl and the Mayor met during the Feast of San Juan on June 24, 2016, they have a meeting with the group of Youth in their town which was organized by the local chief executive. they have a conversation with the Mayor and asking if she needed money and they agreed to go outside. The girl was constrained to come with the Mayor to Lodge and instructed her to undressed but she refused. The alleged Mayor forcibly undress the victim. After the rape was done the alleged Mayor gave her Php.2,000 and left the girl in Antorcha st.

The rape was followed by a friend of Mayor, the Chief of Police PC/INS Christopher Guste last July 08, 2016 and the last that raped her was the cousin of the alleged Mayor , Brgy. Chairman of Barangay 12, Balayan Batangas Brgy. Chairman Romeo Erilla. This happened last July 03,July 20 and August 03, 2016 brought her in a lodge and gave her Php 500 after the incident. According to the mother, there are many promises to her, they used the lack of financial and threaten her life. The girl was a minor and it should not be done by the Mayor since they are in power.

NBI file a case against the Mayor of Rape and Qualified seduction for Christopher Guste and Brgy. Chairman Erilla. It is painful for the mother what happened to her minor daughter but she will push the complaint. The mayor was called by the ABS-CBN reporter to explain his side but he did not answer because he did not yet receive the copy of the complaint from the NBI. He will hold a press conference about this matter.The NBI had invited the alleged 3 suspects but their lawyer only reports to the agency.
