Old Woman r*ped in frnt of her children

It was a shocking incident that happens in one town of Davao del Norte. An old woman 71 years of aged was r*ped by in Barangay Sampao, Kapalong, Davao del Norte. The alleged suspect was arrested and identified as Filmer Alvarez which was in the custody of the Police. According to the victim identified alias ' Lola Baning" she was threatened by the alleged suspect by stabbing knife to her if she will refused.

It was the children of the victim witnessed the crime done by the alleged suspect. The suspect denied the accusation against him and he told the police that he did not remember the incident. It was found by Kapalong police that the alleged suspect is using Marij*ana.

The Police have evidence in the crime scene.The Police recover the briefs, slippers, and knife that was used to threaten the victim. The old woman decided to file rape charges against the alleged suspect.
