4 Armed Men Shot the Security Guard of Jewelry Shop to Steal

Arroyo Administration abolished the d*ath penalty before the visit of Pope Benedict XVI. And the country signed the international agreement in 2006. Recently the House Committee on Justice endorses to the plenary the proposal to reinstate the death penalty for a heinous crime. In this video, it is clearly shown that criminals intentionally shot the security guard of the jewelry shop by four armed men. They don't have mercy on the guard on duty not only once but twice shot by the suspects when they see the security guard is still alive.

Crimes to be punishable by the d*ath penalty is robbery with violence which was the case of the suspect in this video. Other heinous crimes punishable by d*ath penalty are dr*g offenses, qualified piracy, treason, qualified bribery, farricide, infanticide, m*rder, r*pe, kidn*pping, serious ill*gal detention,plunder and destructive arson.

Commission on Human Rights told the media that no studies show that d*ath penalty decreases the crime rate. It is now the right time to reinstate the d*ath penalty in the country as comments of some citizen on this post in Facebook as they see how the security guard was intentionally shot twice to robbed the jewelry shop.
