Girl k*lled by her Chat mate in Facebook confirmed rap*d

The mother of Melissa Magracia has a regret because she did not stop her daughter to meet with her chat mate in facebook last Dec.06 for a modeling job. It started their communication through facebook, Elric Mojica started to court Melissa but she ignores it . He introduced himself working as a seaman and after one week he offers a modeling job to Melissa and the girl accepts the offer. They meet in Indang Cavite last Dec. 06 and on that day they did not see melissa again and her family asks help from the Anti-cybercrime group of PNP and post on facebook about the disappearance of Melissa. The facebook account of the alleged suspect was deactivated.

Last Saturday, one girl was found de-d in one river in Indang Cavite. The girl was confirmed through the belongings which were found de-d by multiple stabbed in her body. The mother identifies her daughter and regret that she did not stop her daughter from meeting her chat mate in facebook. Through the follow-up operation of PNP Indang Cavite, they arrested Elric Mojica and denied the charges against him. Eric Mojica told the PNP that they use his name and photo in facebook and deny the allegation. The mother of the girl and all his godmother identify the alleged suspect that it is their long time neighbor.

The Police are now investigating if he has another victim in that place.The PNP warns the public to be careful in chatting in facebook and social media and base on the autopsy report it was confirmed that the girl was rap-d by the alleged suspect.The alleged suspect is now facing charges of r-pe with homicide.
