Dean's Lister Student Caught By The Police For The Alleged Creating False Bank Websites!

A student which is to be a dean's lister in their school was captured by the National Bureau of Investigation for illegally creating a false bank website to acquire the victim's information to take money from their credit cards. The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) under the Department of Justice, Office of the Cybercrime captured the dean's lister student Christian Salvador 23 years old in his apartment located at Purok II, Cauyan Isabela. The Manila Regional Trial Court ( Manila RTC) issued the search and seizure operation as the big bank filed a complaint against him. Based on the report of the GMA News Reporter Jay Sabale the major banks receives several complaints from its customer regarding the charges on their credit cards without transactions they had made. Upon the scrutiny, it was found out that Salvador is one responsible for the bank website hacking. The suspect confessed for the crime he had made stating that he sells the information of the credit card holders information for Php 5,000 only and in some instance that he handles the money for buying stuff for himself. According to the suspect's a Computer Science Course student and admits that he was a dean's lister that shocks the operatives. He penetrates the bank website and uses phishing to acquire the important private information of the victims such as passwords and bank details to possibly steal the money of the victim.

He reasons out why he had done this
" Challenge lang din po talaga, sir. Yun lang po yung nagudyok sa kin, then gusto ko lang din po ma-apply yung ibang knowledge ko sa IT," 
The police has investigated his house and his brand new car. Her mother is an OFW, a Domestic Helper in Lebanon while his father is working as a baker in their town. The suspect is arrested and under the custody of the National Bureau of Investigation and will be charged with the violation of Access Device Regulation act of 1998 and cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012. His laptops, desktop computers, and other electronic gadgets will be on a forensic analysis to check and scrutiny if he is related to other unlawful activities.

The news regarding his capture went viral on the internet and receives various comments positive and negative reactions against the suspect. From the Facebook User, Rolando Francisco commented
"He's just a kid and student. Give him a chance. Didn't kill anyone. It was a challenged for him. That was only the effect of being intelligent exploring everything unlimited. But now he realized that was a mistake. He's intelligent. Don't destroy he's future." 
Another netizen give an advice and the suspect must learn a lesson commented by Facebook User, Japoyski Mendoza
" I hope this kid learn his lesson. And I also hope that people don't trow him stones for what he have done. This is just a kid at malaki ang pagkakataon nya magbago. Ipaintindi lang sa kanya na mali ang kanyang nagawa at suportahan syang gamitin ng tama ang kanyang talino. One day this kid will become successful. Basta gabayan lang natin."
