A 4 Month Old Baby Apparently Molested And Kidnap By Dr*g Add*ct

It was a horrible situation that happens in Barangay Perrelos Carcar City, Cebu when a 60 years old woman when outside her house to urinate last Thursday at 1 AM in the morning last February 9, 2017. It comes to her ears a crying baby 4 months old found nak8d and bloody near her home some 100 meters away. It was a shocking to her that the baby crying outside her house in a vacant lot was her grandchildren. She screams for help to call the attention of her relatives and neighbor and shockingly discovered that her daughter was stolen by a certain man when she noticed that it was not beside her.According to the report of the ABS-CBN News, the father of the 4 months old baby was sleeping in the other house together with his other eight children while her wife was sleeping to the next other house.

According to the Carcar City Police Station Women's Desk it is not impossible and hard to took the 4 months old baby because it has no door the only curtain was the cover for the door and the mother of the baby was at a peak of her sleep when the alleged suspect took the baby from her. The alleged suspect was drunk because the diaper and a bottle of smells with "Tuba" a native coconut wine were found in the area. It was confirmed from the initial investigation that the poor 4 months old baby was rap3d because it was found that there is laceration in her genitals.

The victim was brought to Carcar District Hospital and after some time it was brought to Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical center in Cebu City to undergone minor operation on her private parts. Based on the report of Sun Star Cebu

" There were lacerations, blood and grass particles found in the private area but there was no semen recovered" 

After the follow-up operation of the authorities, a certain man was invited for questioning by police and they were all drug surrenderees in that area.

From the initial investigation of the Carcar Police Station, the suspect was identified as Jonathan Martin, 40 years old and was arrested. The alleged suspect had a previous involvement in a rap*d case.Based on his friends that the alleged suspect was drinking native coconut wine(Tuba) at the time when the incidents happen and enter the house of the victim. The police believe that base on the statement of the friends of alleged suspect that he was the one who entered the victim's house is sufficient proof that the Martin stole the victim out of their house.
