The video went viral that garnered 1.4 million views and this happened in one leading malls in the country.many netizens comments in the post and express their sentiments that there will be customer protocol to be followed commented by Facebook user "Min Sebastian"
"There was a mistake...if a customer is still on the payment counter and the cashier is not done yet with her, the next customer should not, I repeat SHOULD NOT be allowed to place her goodies or even go near the counter UNLESS the first has left the cashier....customer protocol yun...and the cashier must inform the succeeding customer to wait for his/her turn..."And it is true that must be in the mind of the cashier and bagger and even the customer following the first customer.
Another Facebook user commented that why the civilian guard and the CCTV operator doesn't respond since they are the one monitoring it and their responsibility to be watchful to check if there are some customers doing against the protocol of the establishment.Another Facebook user commented that maybe the owner of the smartphone is problematic and stressed cause her to be a mental block and forgot the smartphone and unfortunately that the second customer doesn't call the attention of the owner to inform her that she forget the smartphone. This is a very big lesson to all customers in the supermarket that always have focus in our belongings because not all people besides you is a concern to your belongings just like the old woman that she took the belongings that left by the owner. To the Mall staff and security, it is your responsibility to be watchful on this incident to take action immediately since there are CCTV installed in your establishment.
