It was recently in the social media Facebook that her parents were seeking help from the government authorities to help her because the court will give their final decision on Feb. 11, 2017.The alleged OFW is identified as Jennifer Aresgado Dalquez from Labangal, General Santos city.The decision has been finalized that the alleged OFW Jennifer Aresgado Dalquez will be sentenced to de*th and will be exec*ted on Feb. 27, 2017. It is According to Sen. Cynthia Villar, the alleged OFW Jennifer Dalquez will be sentenced to de*th after allegedly kil*ing her employer trying to rap*d her last Dec. 7, 2014.
According to the information gathered by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), it was said that the United Arab emirates Court of First Instance that the penalty will be enforced to the OFW on Feb. 27, 2017.Regarding this issue, Sen. Cynthia Villar call the attention of the Department of Foreign affairs(DFA) to make a way to save the alleged OFW that will be execut*d this month.
Recently the parent of the alleged OFW calls the attention of the concern authorities that was posted on the social media Facebook.The appeal of her parents was done before the decision will be released last feb. 11, 2017 but unfortunately, the appeal of her parents doesn't move the responsible authorities to help her.
