OFW In Dubai Will Have Her Final Judgment, This Week Pleading For Help, Here's Why?

Overseas Filipino Workers were considered as the modern hero of our country. They have lots of sacrifices and struggles to fulfill their task and responsibilities to their employer. The language and culture are very far different compared to the Filipino culture and language that makes it initially to them for the first moths of their work. Mostly OFW especially the household Service workers in the middle east were abused and maltreated. But some of them resist the abused and maltreatment of other nationalities and employer as it happened to this struggling OFW who will face the judgment of February 11, 2017.This was posted by Facebook user Abduljaman Damahan on his Facebook account. Her name is Jennifer Aresgado Dalques from Labangal, General Santos City. The parents of the OFW calling the attention and pleading for help to the authorities to help her on his problems and charges she was facing which only for herself defense she did.

The problem of Dalques come to the knowledge of her parents through his text message informing them that the court in Dubai will give the final judgment this Feb. 11, 2017.Base on the interview to her mother, Dalques has a part-time job in one of her client tries to raped and beat her handling a knife and threat her lives so she made self-defense and took the knife on the hand of her client and stabbed him in the back. The alleged suspect died on the spot and now she was facing charges against her client.

Her parents now are pleading for help first to Pres. Duterte, the Office of the President and the Sec. Of DFA Sec. Perfecto Yasay and the responsible authorities to help her to return immediately to the Philippines because it was only herself defense against the alleged rapist. Dalqes personally call her parents informing them that the final judgment for her case will be on Feb.11,2017 and she has a knowledge that the President will come to Dubai.
