Helpless boy Maltreated By An Unknown Man, Please Help This Boy And Share It

In this photo, the boy was tied by a rope and forcefully immersed into the jar of water. The mistakes done by the helpless boy was still unknown and it is not right to punish this boy through immersing forcefully into the jar of water. The boy is a minor and only 16 years of age and even though that he had done a big mistake but there are authorities responsible for this. This photo makes the netizens uproar into anger that breaks their heart about the action taken by this man. It is unrightfully and unlawful to punish and maltreated this helpless boy even if he had done wrong.
