Her one eye is already blind since 2003 affected by her sickness of skin tumor on his face.Since 2003 she was only relying on different plant leaves and oil was applied to her skin tumor. Her one eye is already close, only one hole of her nose is open. the remaining one eye is blurry. the heartbreaking appeals of Lola Soledad are pleading some help from the netizens or simply share and like her video so that it will reach to the people that will share their blessings to help this Lola.

According to her daughter Maya Torres:

"Since 2000 nung nadiagnose xa na my skin tumor.wala po kasi kaming pera at nagkataon namatay si tatay sa sakit na lung cancer.Maya nung nalaman nmin na my skin tumor c nanay Hindi nmin xa agad napagamot". 

It was the poverty that hinders the medication of Lola because it will be a lot of money needed to have an operation of the skin tumor. Her daughter added:

"Dahil napakalaking halaga ang hinihingi sa amin para sya maopera.kaya nagtiyaga kaming dalhin xa ng José Reyes hospital.kaya lang as layo ng Bataan hirap kami na ibalik balik sya dahil sa laki ng gastos sa pamasahe.Hindi nman daw sya pwede iconfine out patient lang xa.Kaya sana po sa lahat ng makakabasa nito.haplusin po ang puso ng bawat isa....salamat po"
